North Ave apartment’s Fire!

On August 7, 2010 at around 2:45 am, there was a fire in a down stairs unit at North Ave apt. A neighbor said that she walked into the unit and a man was mutilated lying on the floor and his chest was on fire. Then around 4:30 am there was another fire in the same complex at building marked 953 on the east side. Apparently the murderer lit some close on fire on the second floor. Myself being a resident of the complex, I am very worried and concerned. My family and I have all kinds of questions but there are no answer. I hope the Sacramento Police Department get some kind of evidence to catch who ever did this. Our heart goes out to the family who lost a loved one. Take care and god bless!
