If you are a little like me then you have fallen in the trap of becoming an Empire fan. The show airs on Fox network. It has an amazingly talented cast. One of my favorite actors Terrence Howard. The show is on its second season and has allowed all of America to see a little bit of the behind the scenes in the music industry.
The season finale just happened and it ended with Andre played by Trai Byers walking through a door screaming “No!!!!” We can only think as views that one of the two characters fighting on the balcony fell over. This is how the directors and writers keep us all hooked wanting to watch more and anxiously await for the next season. I don’t mind waiting though. There are a few shows that have me hooked and I faithfully wait.
My guess is next season we will find out that Kaitlin Doubleday, who plays Rhonda fell off the balcony. I think this for a few reasons. The first is Anika, played by Grace Gealey, was wearing a bright red dress and usually colors symbolize a lot in films. I think she is representing evil, kind of like she is the devil’s worker. When Anika pushed Rhonda down the stairs she was also wearing red shoes so I think all of this ties in together. According to the website filmdirectingtips.com, RED equals anger, passion, rage, desire, excitement, energy, speed, strength, power, heat, love, aggression, danger, fire, blood, war, violence. Anika has definitely showed some of these traits. I think now that she is married to Lucious she is going to use all of the power to her advantage. I am not sure if the will kill of Rhonda but I think she probably fell over and will be hurt in the next season. There is no good to come from Lucious and Anika being married. Hopefully Hakeem gets Laura back but I do not think that is going to happen. The family as a whole has too much going on for her and her family. Then we as the audience find out the federal agent investigating Lucious is his half brother. I cannot wait to hear the story behind that. This next season should be very entertaining.
